"The retreat in Sedona with Kendall and Fabi was supportive, expansive, inspiring and nourishing. The meditations and yoga practices Kendall led on the retreat have noticeably shifted the way I approach my practices here at home. I'm moving more intentionally, trying softer, and creating a more gentle environment for myself in my inner world. Fabi's workshop about Mind Palace has really stuck with me too - I feel more deeply connected to my spiritual practices overall since being home.
